Reserve Study
Every three years the Association contracts with a Reserve Study Specialist to perform a reserve study, listing all the common area components that the Association is responsible for long term repair, maintenance and replacement. The Annual Budget Report will include a summary of the Reserve Study. The full Reserve Study can be found below.
